AEDARSA is governed by an eight-person Board of Directors. Board members represent all industrial sectors regulated by AEDARSA and Directors meet regularly to review all aspects of AEDARSA business.

AEDARSA Operates under its own Bylaws as governed by the Societies Act.

Applications for Society Membership can be provided to the CEO for Board review and approval.
