Alberta Elevating Devices and Amusement Rides Safety Association (AEDARSA) was created to bring independent oversight to the installation and ongoing safety compliance of elevating devices, amusement rides, and passenger ropeways throughout Alberta.

OFFICE CLOSURE NOTICE

Amusement Rides

AEDARSA works closely with the amusement ride industry to ensure permanent and portable amusement rides are as safe as they are fun.

Elevating Devices

AEDARSA is certified to conduct in-service safety inspections of existing elevating devices operating in Alberta. These include escalators and elevators, industrial lifts and dumbwaiters, and everything in-between.

Passenger Ropeways

Whether your chairlift or gondola is for skiing or sightseeing, AEDARSA will work closely with you to ensure it meets Alberta's stringent safety requirements.
