Attendees will receive a preferred group rate at the JW Marriott Edmonton. Reserve your room(s) here before Friday, September 18, 2026. If you have any questions, the staff at the JW Marriott will be pleased to help.
If you or a member of your group can’t attend, please inform us you are cancelling by Friday, October 16, 2026 to avoid being charged.
No shows will be charged $100 to cover unused catering costs.
Please note: QEI credits will not be awarded to those attending AEIS.
